The Foundation for a Successful Team – Team Development Program
Building a team with complete trust and dedication requires a strong foundation and ongoing development. It involves finding the right way for the various team members to complement each other.
The team development program ensures that this strong foundation is established. Your team is challenged to truly get to know themselves and each other, understand backgrounds, personality traits, strengths, and weaknesses, and find synergy. We work on personal connection and cohesion, starting with a two-day off-site kick-off. Monthly evaluation meetings assess progress, encourage feedback, and ensure that issues are addressed so that nothing hinders progress.
If needed, personal coaching is offered to address individual development and ensure that each individual grows in the different stages of team development.
