IEspecially designed for entrepreneurs or leaders of a rapidly growing organization. This this leadership track provides a solid foundation to deal with the challenges of leadership in a fast-growing organization.


In a program of five coaching sessions, we will identify your personal leadership style and your role in the evolving organization. We will explore how you can get the most out of yourself and your relationships with employees, business partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring the best results even in challenging times. 


At the end of this program, you will continue with a fresh perspective, and:

At times, you may encounter specific challenges in your company that demand more from you personally as a leader. These challenges could include striving to maximize both your potential and that of your team, improving relationships with co-owners, investors, or motivating team members. Your changing role in the evolving organization, maintaining focus, setting priorities, and making tough choices to achieve goals.

 

With personal coaching for entrepreneurs and leaders, I assist in addressing these challenges. I provide support by being a sounding board, offering reflections, and zooming out. Drawing on my experience as an entrepreneur and leader, combined with my natural interest in the human aspect of leadership.
