As commercial director at the fast-growing ParkBee, previously as a driver of start-ups and innovation at YES!Delft and of course in my personal life.
I like to bring out the unique qualities of each individual. Making connections and the drive of a team working together towards a common goal are what energizes me. I thrive on encouraging people in their journey to find their place and bring out the best in themselves. Creating a positive environment in which you feel stimulated, trusted and supported.
As a coach, I am driven to give substance to this, remove obstacles and make an impact on people to make their work and life fulfilling and fun.
As a partner and father of two children, Maud & Douwe, I know how important it is to get the right energy from work.

As a coach, I create an environment where you must be honest, both with yourself and your team. Where people feel compelled to express themselves. But where there is also room for laughter. I will challenge you to make choices and help you zoom out to focus on the right aspects.
My training at Nonons Coaching has provided me with the tools and techniques to make you think, to ask the necessary questions. And to ensure that steps are taken. So that you have control and are responsible for your own success and (team) development.
